FDA Issues Approvable Letter For SPD465 Triple Bead Mixed Amphetamine Salts For The Treatment Of ADHD In Adults

Shire plc (LSE: SHP; Nasdaq: SHPGY; TSX: SHQ) announced today that it has received an approvable letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for SPD465 (triple-bead mixed amphetamine salts [MAS], an investigational oral stimulant intended to provide symptom control of ADHD in adults for up to 16 hours with one daily dose.
